And here is a brief news item: The site of the old Fir Tree pub is for sale, so it appears the plans for Lidl have come to an end.

And that means a new beginning and an opportunity to take up the site and my ideas for new improvements to the community – to create a new social, economic and health hub for us all to share and enjoy. Here’s the pitch I have for Reddish Councillors and Stockport Council. If they approve there will be much more to-come.
